Hi, I'm Shisir.
I run Austra Digital out of a quiet studio in Collingwood. Ten years in Melbourne agencies and one in-house team before that. If you sign on, I'm the person on your kickoff call, in your dashboard, and answering your email at month six.

We started Austra Digital in 2016 after working inside two Melbourne agencies and one in-house marketing team. Different rooms, same problem: smart founders being sold packages of work nobody could explain, attached to reports nobody could read, on retainers nobody could escape.
We built a studio that is the opposite of that. Small on purpose. Senior on every account. Plain language reporting. Month-to-month engagements after onboarding. If we don't think we can move the line for a prospect, we say so on the first call.
What "we do it properly" actually means
The six disciplines on our services page aren't a menu — they're the things we have personally shipped at scale, for paying Australian clients, for at least five years each. We don't outsource the work. We don't have a junior account-manager layer reading scripts. The person you meet on the kickoff call is the person running your campaigns six months later.
If a brief is outside our six disciplines — TV, OOH, complex programmatic, app development — we'll tell you and refer you to people we trust. That's it. No fishing for scope.
How we work
- Audit first, contract second. A 45-minute strategy call. We come back with an honest assessment of where you are, what's leaking, and whether we think we can help.
- Fixed-price plans. Scope, lift expectations, and the specific number we'll measure against. No hourly surprises.
- Live reporting. Looker Studio dashboards you can open any time. No 40-page PDFs. No "let me get back to you on that."
- Month-to-month. 90-day onboarding sprint, then 30-day terms. If you want to leave, you leave.
- One channel of communication. Slack Connect or a shared Notion. Email when you prefer it.
